This policy explains how God’s Voice Network LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information on God’s Voice Today. God’s Voice Today and God’s Voice Daily may use a shared account.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, name, authentication provider, profile details, and optional profile photo.
- Community content: testimonies, comments, prayer requests, votes, saves, reports, and support messages.
- Submission contact details: information you choose to provide with a testimony, including phone number and location. You may choose to publish a testimony anonymously.
- Technical information: basic device, browser, security, and usage data needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, review and publish approved content, provide community features, respond to requests, prevent abuse, secure the service, improve the experience, and send communications you requested. We do not sell personal information.
Public content
Approved testimonies, public comments, profile names or photos, and public prayer requests may be visible to anyone. If you select an anonymous option, we hide the contributor name from the public display, but we may retain account and contact information for moderation and support.
Service providers
We use service providers to host and operate the site, store data, authenticate users, deliver communications, and protect the service. These include Vercel and Supabase. Some optional links lead to third-party services governed by their own policies.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the community. You may request account or personal-information deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained when reasonably required for security, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Your choices
You may update profile information in your account, choose whether a testimony is publicly anonymous, control certain notifications, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy and will post the current version and date on this page.
