These terms govern your use of God’s Voice Today, operated by God’s Voice Network LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. A shared account may work across God’s Voice Today and God’s Voice Daily.
Community content
You keep ownership of content you submit. Except for the testimony-specific license below, you grant God’s Voice Network LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and promote that content for operating and sharing the service and its mission. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights.
Testimony License and Release
When you check the Testimony License and Release box and submit a testimony through God’s Voice Today or the God’s Voice Today guest-call form, you enter into this release with God’s Voice Network LLC (“God’s Voice Network”).
You keep ownership
You keep the copyright and ownership rights you have in your testimony. The permission below is a license, not a transfer of your ownership.
Permission you give us
You grant God’s Voice Network, its affiliated ministries and brands, successors, service providers, licensees, and distribution partners a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual license to use, host, store, reproduce, edit, excerpt, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, broadcast, promote, and otherwise share your submitted testimony.
This permission applies in any media or format now known or developed later. Examples include websites, mobile apps, social media, email and newsletters, podcasts, audio recordings, videos, livestreams, television, public presentations, promotional and fundraising materials, and printed or digital books, including publications or other works that may be sold.
Name, image, voice, and likeness
The license includes permission to use the name, display name, profile photo, voice, image, likeness, biographical details, and location that you submit with or make publicly associated with the testimony. Private contact information is not licensed for public use. If you select “Post anonymously,” we will not publicly identify you with the testimony unless you later give separate permission.
Editing and presentation
God’s Voice Network may edit or adapt the testimony for length, spelling, grammar, clarity, formatting, translation, accessibility, narration, and presentation in another format. We will not knowingly change the central meaning of your testimony. We may combine it with introductions, commentary, artwork, music, footage, or other material.
No payment or approval right
You understand that you will not be paid royalties or other compensation for permitted uses, and God’s Voice Network is not required to use the testimony. You waive any right to inspect or approve each use, edit, final work, advertising, or distribution, to the extent permitted by law.
Your promises
You confirm that the testimony is based on your personal experience, that you are authorized to submit all included material, and that the permitted use will not violate another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights. Do not submit another person’s private information or material you do not have permission to share.
Duration, deletion, and prior uses
This license survives account closure and removal of the testimony from the website. Removing or deleting a testimony does not require God’s Voice Network or its partners to recall, destroy, or stop distributing books, videos, recordings, posts, archives, or other materials already created, published, printed, distributed, or licensed in reliance on this permission.
Community standards
Do not submit unlawful, threatening, hateful, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, sexually explicit, malicious, or privacy-invasive content. Do not impersonate others, interfere with the service, distribute malware, scrape the service abusively, or attempt unauthorized access. We may review, refuse, limit, edit, or remove content and may restrict accounts to protect the community.
Testimonies and advice
Testimonies describe personal experiences and beliefs. We do not guarantee their accuracy and they are not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice. Seek qualified help for professional or emergency needs.
Third-party services
The service may link to third-party websites, donations, scheduling, videos, downloads, or social platforms. We do not control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, God’s Voice Network LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
